* What? - they might be monitoring the interweb for references to RROD...

It's happened to me twice, the second time requiring customer service repairs. Pretty good stuff - although was amazed that both the DVD drive and the motherboard had failed. Not sure which bits of my Xbox did work after the second RRoD.

Their customer service is not terrible, though their website is. Call them...
